1Raw water with foreign substances enters the direction of the filter housing inlet.
2The disc stack is lined up inside the filter housing.
3The raw water goes through the "HELIX part"on the bottom of cartridge.
4The flow of the water maintains as fast and purified through a disc filter (approx. 10% or lower)
5In this stage, most of the large particulate foreign substances in the raw water circulates quickly by the Helix effect and concentrates to the inner wall or the upper layer part of housing. (approx. 90% or more)
6Filtered substances accumulate on the surface of the disc. And then the filtered water flows through inside the disc and goes out through the outlet
1When a large amount of foreign substances accumulate on the surface of the disc, backwashing starts according to the pressure difference and time set beforehand.
2The backwashing process enalbles each filter to be sequentially backwashed.
3When one filter is being backwashed, some of the filtered water remaining filters are supplied back into the filter through the outlet to lift each filter.
4At this time, the backwash water rotates rapidly, and takes out the foreign substances collected on the disc to the drain effectively.
5When backwashing is done, the disc stack is pressed again, and it goes back to the normale state of filtration.
